operated by Baldrick Cloud Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account you agree
to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use Baldrick Cloud only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of
the platform, or interfere with its normal operation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for
all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when
registering and keep your account details up to date.
3. Content and Boards
You retain ownership of content you create within the Service. By using Baldrick Cloud you
grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to provide the
Service to you and any collaborators you invite.
4. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your email address
for account verification, security notifications, and essential service communications.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Baldrick Cloud available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted
access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Baldrick Cloud.

by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
of the revised Terms.
